Welcome to PuffyTails. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PuffyTails LLC. PuffyTails operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, collectively referred to as the “Services,” to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. PuffyTails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which permits refund requests but does not accept product returns.

PuffyTails ships within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. PuffyTails is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been handed to the carrier.

“PuffyTails” and associated branding are trademarks of PuffyTails LLC. Shopify trademarks belong to Shopify Inc.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PuffyTails is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with PuffyTails and not with Shopify.

You agree that Shopify is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses related to purchases made through our store and you release Shopify from liability related to such transactions.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in those policies.
